A new beginning...
I had a blast writing these blogs for the kids, but unfortunately, the time has come to 'retire' the Mischievous Megan and Exploring Evan diaries. ;) Don't be sad though! I'll be starting a brand new family blog, where both Megan and Royce will be contributing too - I'd let Evan but he bangs so incredibly hard on the keyboard I'm scared he'd break it! Separate blogs just don't work for us anymore and we'd like to have one together anyway. These blogs will remain here for you to look back and enjoy. Also, don't forget you can still check out their babies online journals (links on the right of the page). So when will the new blog be rolled out? Hmmm, I'd say next month but I'll be honest and say by 2009. LOL We are busier than ever. My new resolution for the year is to get Megan more involved with blogging (she takes TONS of pictures) and to post everyday, even if it is just a few words without any pictures. See you all soon - watch your inbox and this blog for the new link in the near future!

Happy Birthday Sweet Angel!
My baby turns 4 today. My little dancer, my whiz kid, my goofball, my scientist, my friend...we love you sweetheart. Thank you for helping make these past four years the best four years of our lives! Mommy will be back to comment later...you've grown into such an adorable pre-schooler. We can't wait to see the ways you amaze us next...

My 4th Birthday Party
At the pony farm!
I had such much fun...I woke bright and early, got dressed in my cowgirl outfit, and headed down to the farm. I helped unhaul the balloons and waited patiently for my friends. We rode the ponies first. I got to be the super special rider and I rode the ponies over and over again! My favorite pony was "Robin". My face looked so delighted as I sat on the pony. I sure love horses! After going round and round on different ponies NUMEROUS times, we went for a hayride. I enjoyed looking at the farm that has been around since 1876. I saw all the different places they grow things...it was a pretty farm. After the hayride, we got to feed and pet the farm animals. I helped Farmery Larry feed the goats. I was a little reluctant to put the corn out in my hand but once I saw the goats wouldn't bite me, I went back for more and more feed! Next came pizza!!! My favorite! Followed by ice cream and cake!!! Also a favorite! Mommy made our cakes, special horses cakes just for me and Evan. I made a sour face as I ate the black jelly bean nose. That was the only part I wasn't too sure of. After waiting what seemed like forever, I got to open up my presents. I got many great gifts and many activites to keep me busy for hours. Thank you to everyone who came and all of those that were there in thought...you helped make my day super special.
Now Mommy has to start excepting I'll be 'really' 4 soon...
