Explorer Megan
I'm really into the "WHY?" phase lately. I want to know how everything works, why it works that way, and what exactly makes it work. I love to learn about animals - what they eat, how they grow, and where they live. I like to know more about time keeping - so I keep a calendar. I know the days of the week and I'm learning the months in the year. I can even add my own date every day without help! This helps me reconigze numbers like 27! Mommy is proud! I'm as curious as they come and Mommy thinks that my drive to learn and discover will lead me to great things one day...for now, I just like when my shovel leads me to a new batch of unearthed worms or a new seed to plant!
A little trip up north...
Bath time!
It's a Jeep thing...
I think photo's like this make my Daddy proud...

I can actually drive my Jeep around this year! Last year all I did was crash into everything - now I'm capable of steering with the occassional crash (on purpose, accident, whatever it my be!) I'm also really good at riding my bike now and can pedal down the street and back. My how things have changed since last summer...I like my new capabilities!

Tulip Time!
Good Ship Lollipop
Mom and Dad weren't too sure how I'd react to being on stage but I turned out to be a natural performer. I had my shoulders high and a huge smile on my face the whole time. When I was done, I wanted to get back up on stage. It was so much fun!!! Everyone said I did a great job. I've been working hard at dance since September. I like my teacher Miss Marie and it was nice to show off all I have learned at our recital! Mommy said I make a good Shirley Temple. ;)

Before rehearsal...
Random Shot!
Pretty Eyes (and a chipped tooth - yep, I did that on a shopping cart). I'm growing more and more beautiful each day...
The Beach!
Out doing some geocaching and we couldn't resist a trip to the water! Of course Mommy has to pull her camera out - but she did let me splash in the water after a few 'poses'. These were taken up in Grand Haven. I like to visit Grand Haven because they have a nice wooden playground too. I always make lots of friend there and have a fun time.
To the beach!

and one last JUMP FOR JOY!

Loving the park!
More sweet treats...
Little Nanny...
Grab the matchs and don't forget the marshmellows!!!
I had to have some blood drawn from some test the Dr. wanted to do on me to make sure I was healthy, which I AM! But having my blood taken wasn't that much fun. Mommy said I could have WHATEVER I wanted afterwards and I told her I wanted roasted marshmellows! They were so yummy and it was our first bonfire of the season!
