Bunny Bellies! Hoppy Easter!

Hoppy Easter! Today was a great day for some painting...sooooo we painted our bellies with bunnies (Daddy too!). I'm so glad that I have silly parents to keep me entertained. We all laughed so hard. It was very funny! Here are some pictures of our bunny bellies....

From Mommy and Daddy...

Mommy and Daddy gave me a gift for Easter too - an easel. I'm so excited! I can draw with markers on it and I can use it upright or as a desk. It also has magnets and makes all sorts of sounds. I can't wait to see all the fun things I can create!

I'm going on an Egg Hunt!

HAPPY EASTER!!!

Last night at dinner, Mommy and Daddy and I talked about why we go to church and told me that Easter is special. I'm still to little to understand too much but Mommy told me that the Easter Bunny would come visit me and brings me some eggs. Mommy told me that eggs meant new life and just like Mommy is growing a baby in her belly, some eggs grow things like baby chickens. That is so neat that the Easter Bunny brings me eggs to remind me how special life is. Now every time Mommy or Daddy asks me what Mommy is having (boy or girl?), I tell them "Baby Chicken!" If an egg can grow a chicken, why can't mommy? I think a baby chicken would be a great sibling!

When I woke up in the morning, I looked out the window and saw a great surprise! Lil' bunny tracks and eggs all over my yard. Because Mr. Winter decides to come visit us in spring, I had to bundle up warm to go hunting for all the eggs that Mr. Easter Bunny brought me!

Lil' Ava...

My friend Ava came over with Grandma Lita and Nanny to play with me. They brought me a cute purple bunny and some awesome wooden alphabet blocks! I can stack them, recognize letters, spell my name, and name the objects on the block. It makes me feel so smart. I had a really nice time with my friends and hope they come to visit again soon. Ava is so cute! Thanks for coming to play with me!

Playing with Playdo...

Having to stay indoors again is the pits. Daddy put my trampoline up for me and I was having so much fun outside. Daddy and I played with some playdo inside trying to make my "inside" time more fun. I can't wait for the sun to come back!

Spring HAD Sprung!

Yes, mama and me were enjoying the warmth of spring. We WERE anyway. Spring made a quick exit just in time for Easter and now we have snow...again! Mama even packed away my snow gear so we had to get it all out again. Here is what our yard looked like at the end of March when all our snow had just melted. We had cleaned up the front yard and even weeded and fertilized our garden! Mama and me are going to grow veggies this summer and I'm going to help mama make them into baby food that we can freeze later for my lil' baby that is coming in late summer. Of course, I will get to eat some too! Anyway, no growing veggies until the snow goes away! Our yard was looking spring -like!
