Happy Easter!!!

of Locks of Love - somethin' like that! :) Anyway, my mum donated 11+ inches to Locks of Love. Look at that - she chopped it all off!!! I laughed at her the first time I saw her because I've never seen her hair like that before. I told Mommy I like it though - I told her "Now you have short hair like me" - I like when Mommy and I are alike! Maybe I can convince her to get a perm too! ;)

A little more outdoor time!

YAY! FINALLY we are able to get outdoors more - it is so fun! Evan loves wagon rides. I sit him between my legs and he just looks around (mostly at Jessi). I've also been on treasure hunts (my dad sends me maps from Pirate Pete!), playing in the driveway with my toys that were put up for winter, and many walks at the park and trails. We are going to start geocaching soon - we can't wait!

Mommy is at it again....

My friend Lucy...

Lucy and I have been playing a lot together lately. She is such a great friend! I like playing pretend with her. She was ringing me up at the cash register...I was making sure to pay for the block I wanted to buy from her. It was 10 cents!

Me n Daddy

Aren't we cute?! I love my Daddy so much. He makes me pancakes on Saturdays, he draws cool pictures on my band-aids, and he even leaves me treasure maps in the mailbox so that I can go treasure hunting around the yard! He's very special...everyone says I look just like him.

The poor butterfly...

We went to Frederick Meijer garden a couple weekends ago and I saw a dead butterfly on the ground. It made me feel so sad. Mommy captured the sad look on my face.



BUT not all my moments were gloomy. 98% of the time I was having a great time. I even had a butterfly land on me - I screamed 'it tickles'! :)

I love my new soccer team - the Holland Fire! Coach Steve is great and I learn so much at soccer. Best of all, I have a blast! I really, really like soccer.

Evan's Photo Shoot

I am such a great helper during Evan's photo shoots! I try to help mom keep his attention towards the camera. I play music instruments, dance, screech, and just act silly. I have to admit, I get jealous though that mommy isn't taking pictures of me! If you haven't seen Evan's 6 month photos yet, go check them out on his blog. But this is my version of a cutie in a tub...

Dance Class

I'm not feeling the whole ballet thing lately. I do love my teacher and friends, but I enjoy soccer much more. Mommy says I still look adorable in my tutu. I'll probably stop ballet for this summer and maybe try tap dancing or jazz in the fall!
